DESCRIPTION:If you think that your members are clear on your mission\, stra
tegic plan or even your most current member benefits\, you better think ag
ain!

Survey after survey has shown that members are typically i
n the dark about what their association is doing for them.

Too
many members cannot put their fingers on why they should renew.

Change this situation now!

This informative and interactive wo
rkshop will look at a variety of unique ways to ensure your membership bas
e is informed and engaged.

By sharing the stage\, you will get
two professional perspectives from two dynamic communication pros. Here’
s what you will learn:

Part One: Tell it to Sell It: Leza Raffe
l\, President of the Communication Solutions Group. During a dynamic first
-half of this workshop\, Leza will walk you through untapped opportunities
for reinforcing the benefits of membership and securing meaningful member
feedback every time a connection with a member occurs.

If less
than positive news is on your communication plate\, Leza will share strat
egies for delivering bad news strategically and effectively.

T
o get the most of this session\, bring your association’s specific chall

for addressing it!

Part Two: The Executive (Director’s) Prese

, of the Nyman Group.
You make a first impression in the first 10 se
conds…whether interfacing with your newest member or a seasoned member o
f your Board of Directors. How can you make the most of what others see an

the unique interaction of body language and voice that creates an impac

ent” session\, Marilyn Nyman will show you how to maximize the visual\,
vocal and verbal impact of your Executive Presence.

You will le
ave both sessions with a brand new perspective on how to master member com
