THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA EXPO CENTER REMAINS OPEN AND PUBLIC EVENTS WILL BE HELD AS PLANNED
OAKS, PENNSYLVANIA-- The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center management announced today that all future events currently on the calendar will be held as planned. Should the status of any public shows or private events change, the public will be notified via the website.
“We share the public’s concerns in regard to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), and are working with key stakeholders — event producers, elected officials, public health organizations, and others — to respond to this rapidly changing health concern. We encourage you to consider your own health and that of others, and to avoid crowds if you feel symptoms of the virus or have reason to believe you may have been exposed.”
The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center will continue taking the following precautions to maintain a clean and sanitized environment:
- Restrooms are continuously cleaned with commercial disinfectant during events
- Exhibition halls are cleaned between events
- Paper towels will be provided to curb use of hand dryers
- Staff will focus on sanitizing/disinfecting all reachable surfaces (doors/door handles, ATM machines, light switches, sink handles, etc.)
