Dewey Beach - TKo Hospitality has promoted Bill Silva to Area General Manager overseeing the Southern Delaware Beach area. Additionally, Lorrie Miller has been promoted to Area General Manager overseeing a portfolio of hotels across the Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, and BWI Airport markets. 

 

Montchanin - The Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation has hired Claire Allam as their new Philanthropy & Engagement Manager. 

 

MARYLAND 

Grasonville - TKo Hospitality has appointed Vinnie DiFonzo as their new Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hyatt Place Kent Narrows & Marina. 

 

NEW JERSEY 

Atlantic City - Caesars Entertainment Meetings and Events has welcomed Dana Peterson as their new Director of Catering and Conventions at Caesars Atlantic City. Dana brings a strong background in catering, operations, and large-scale event execution across corporate, association, and collegiate environments. 

 

Caesars Entertainment Meetings and Events has also welcomed Christine Stuart in the new position as National Sales Manager for the Atlantic City properties. 

 

Egg Harbor City - VIVÂMEE Hospitality has promoted Alexis Morello to Director of Marketing. Alexis will work with their various properties to create experiences as they continue to build their brands. 

 

Hamburg - Crystal Springs Resort announced the appointment of Heidi Nowak as Chief Sales Officer, a strategic hire to strengthen and advance the resort’s commercial success as a premier luxury resort destination in the Northeast, while positioning it for expanded growth across broader markets. Heidi brings extensive international and domestic experience transforming luxury hospitality brands and portfolios into high-performing assets, including InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and Timbers. Northfield - The Greater Atlantic City Chamber has announced Danielle Norcross as their new President. 

 

NEW YORK 

New York City - EOS Hospitality, a full-service hotel and hospitality management company, has named Abe Liao as its Vice President of Operations. In this role, Abe will oversee a select group of EOS Hospitality assets, including Kingston Resorts, Brittain Resorts & Hotels, and Washington, DC-area properties, the Hamilton Hotel and the Embassy Suites Georgetown. In addition, EOS Hospitality has named Matt Kerver as its Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage. 

 

PENNSYLVANIA 

Ardmore - After two decades of leadership within the hospitality industry, Morgan Bedore has been promoted to President of Dining & Events for Elior North America. In this role, she will oversee growth, brand strategy, and operations across five leading brands - including Constellation Culinary Group in the Philadelphia region - guiding national strategy and driving continued excellence in service, guest experience, and culinary innovation.

 

Bala Cynwyd - Kelly Wallace is the new Director of Marketing & Communications for Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley. 

 

Bethlehem - Historic Hotel Bethlehem promoted Kelly Ronalds to the position of General Manager for the iconic property. Kelly has served in various capacities at the hotel, most recently as director of room sales and guest experience. As General Manager, Kelly plans to focus on promoting the hotel and Historic Bethlehem as a national and international tourism destination. Also, Lauren Vitello has started in the new role as the Marketing & Creative Manager there at the Hotel. 

 

Blue Bell - Montgomery County Community College has announced that Sean M. Bips has been named Director of The Hospitality Institute. 

 

Blue Bell - The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. has announced Pamela Kelly as their new Executive Director. Most recently, Pam served as president and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County.

 

Kennett Square - Longwood Gardens has hired Kevin Kessler as their new Director, Event Sales. Kevin comes to Longwood Gardens most recently from the Desmond Hotel Malvern, A Doubletree by Hilton. Additionally, Michelle Scarpato has been named as their new Marketing Director. 

 

King of Prussia - Bridget Graham has stepped into a new role at the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, serving as their first Director of Meetings & Conferences as part of the Operations Team. 

 

King of Prussia - Creed’s Seafood & Steaks has appointed Noelle Casinelli to their new Director of Sales position. Noelle has served as general manager at Creeds for the last four years. 

 

Lancaster - Discover Lancaster announced promotions for three of their team members: Sarah Long as Vice President of Marketing & Partnership; Olivia Novak as Director of Marketing; and Katie Zimmerman as Director of Partnerships. 

 

Lebanon - Shaner Hotels announced that Sandy Barscheski is now Director of Sales for Fairfield Inn and Suites/TownePlace Suites Lebanon. 

 

Malvern - The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry announced that Jamie Comiskey has joined their team as Director of Events. Jamie brings a wealth of expertise in event planning, experiential marketing, client service, and business development. Prior to this role, Jamie founded her own event consulting business following an extensive career in corporate roles. More than 50 events are hosted by the Chamber each year, including legislative, networking, workshops, and seminars along with signature events: State of the County Breakfast; Business Excellence Awards Luncheon; Foundation Summer Solstice; Annual Golf Outing; Women in Business Gals on the Green; and the Annual Awards Dinner. 

 

Philadelphia - Jacquelin Grillo-Gunter has taken on the new role of Director of Operations & Projects, 2026 Initiatives with PHL 250 / Philadelphia Visitor Center Corporation. Most recently, Jackie was part of the Access DMC Northeast team. 

 

Philadelphia - Sue Cunnane has joined Catering By Design in the role of Director of Sales & Partner. Philadelphia - Penn Live Arts has announced Nick Manske as their new Assistant Director of Venue Sales. Philadelphia - The Hampton Inn 

 

Philadelphia Center City Convention Center has hired Arvel Hall as their new General Manager. Philadelphia - Rhubarb Hospitality Collection has promoted Rose Perez to Director of Catering Sales at The National Constitution Center. 

 

Philadelphia - The British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia has announced that Mackenzie Sutton has stepped into the new role of Senior Manager. Philadelphia - The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts has promoted Carrie Reynolds to Associate Vice President, Hospitality and Venue Services. 

 

Philadelphia - The first school and museum of fine arts in the United States, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, has welcomed Jessica Draves to the role of Director of Leasing and Venue Sales. 

 

Philadelphia - Akera Brown-Stibbins has been named Visitor Services & Events Manager at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

 

Philadelphia - Sellers Dorsey has promoted Suzanne Hamberger to Associate Director, Events & Association Partnerships.

 

State College - Happy Valley Adventure Bureau has appointed Eric Engelbarts as Executive Director for the Happy Valley Sports & Entertainment Alliance. 

 

Tannersville - Camelback Resort has appointed Christopher Baulo as its new Director of Food and Beverage and Kavon William Langley as Executive Chef.

 

York - Explore York has announced that Morgan Madanick has been promoted to Director of Sales. 

 

VIRGINIA

Farmville - Hotel Weyanoke has announced the appointment of David Guevara as its new Executive Chef, leading culinary operations across the property.

 

Richmond - Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) announced the promotion of Becky Nave to Vice President of Partnership Marketing. In this role, Becky will lead VTC’s cooperative marketing, industry grant programs, tourism product development, and strategic planning initiatives across the Commonwealth. She also will provide executive leadership to a statewide team focused on expanding tourism investment, fostering industry partnerships, and driving long-term economic impact for Virginia.
